Vehicle inspections
Was that scratch already there? You'll have the photo.
At pickup and at return, the inspection is done on a phone: seven required photos, mileage, fuel and a checklist. SAYRIVO compares the two and shows you what changed.

Without proof, every scratch becomes an argument.
- A quick walk around the car, no photosSeven required photos, always from the same angles
- Fuel “pretty much full”Fuel and mileage recorded, with the photo
- Mileage on a slip of paper that gets lostExisting damage reviewed with the customer at pickup
- At return, your word against the customer'sPickup and return compared, line by line
01At pickup
You can't finish without the proof.
Front, rear, sides, interior, odometer, fuel gauge: the seven photos are required, so are mileage and fuel. Before handing over the keys, the employee confirms they reviewed existing damage with the customer.
- Checklist: bodywork, interior, tyres, spare wheel, lights, mirrors, windows, air conditioning, warning lights, papers, keys, safety equipment
- Extra photos whenever you like
- What's missing is spelled out: “Missing photos: rear, fuel gauge”

02At return
What changed, on one screen.
At return, the same measurements. SAYRIVO lines up pickup and return: distance driven, fuel, every checklist item. A difference stands out in red — here, a damaged tyre and 400 MAD kept from the deposit.

03Damage
Photos compared for you.
SAYRIVO compares the pickup and return photos and suggests possible damage. It's a suggestion: the employee accepts or dismisses it, and nothing is recorded without them. Damage that's kept can be charged to the customer and deducted from the deposit.
04Offline
No signal in the car park? Keep going.
If the connection drops during an inspection, keep going: photos and readings stay on the phone and go out as soon as the network is back. The employee sees clearly what is waiting to be sent.
An inspection in four moves.
- 01
Photos
The seven angles, guided one by one.
- 02
Odometer & fuel
Mileage read from the photo, fuel level in one tap.
- 03
Checklist
Each item: good, to watch, or damaged.
- 04
With the customer
Existing damage reviewed together, before the keys.
Which photos are required?
Seven: front, rear, driver side, passenger side, interior, odometer and fuel gauge. You can add as many extra photos as you like.
Vehicle inspectionsWhat happens if a photo is missing?
The inspection can't be completed: SAYRIVO says exactly what's missing, for example “Missing photos: rear, fuel gauge”. A manager can override it by giving a reason, which stays on record.
Is the automatic photo comparison reliable?
It's an aid, not a verdict. Photos taken in different light or from a different angle can mislead. Every suggested damage has to be accepted or dismissed by an employee: nothing is recorded without them.
How do I handle the deposit at return?
The return ends with charges and the deposit: you refund it in full, in part, or keep it. The amounts refunded and kept stay on the rental's record.
Do you have a printable inspection sheet?
Yes, free, as a PDF: a pickup and return sheet with the car diagram, the checklist, mileage, fuel and signatures.
