Fifteen cars means fifteen stories to remember.
- Mileage noted by hand, sometimes forgottenMileage read from a photo of the odometer
- Insurance expiring without anyone noticingInsurance, registration, roadworthiness: renewals flagged
- A car at the garage discovered at pickup timeEvery car's status, up to date
- No idea what each car really earnsRevenue and costs, car by car
01Vehicle record
The car's whole story, on one page.
Past and upcoming reservations, inspections, maintenance, damage, documents and revenue. At the top, the current situation and the next step — so you know in three seconds whether the car can go.

02Mileage
The odometer, read from a photo.
At every pickup and return, a photo of the dashboard is enough: SAYRIVO reads the total mileage and suggests it. A reading that doesn't add up — lower than at pickup, an unusual jump — is flagged before it's saved.
- The total odometer, not the trip meter
- An uncertain reading is flagged for checking
- Always editable by hand

03Renewals
Papers up to date, without thinking about it.
Enter the insurance, registration and roadworthiness dates once: SAYRIVO warns you before they're due. Services are flagged as the planned mileage or date approaches.
Maintenance
04Profitability
What each car earns — and what it costs.
Rental revenue on one side; maintenance, repairs and expenses on the other. The reports show which cars work and which ones sit in the car park.

How is the mileage recorded?
From a photo of the odometer at every pickup and return: SAYRIVO reads the total mileage and suggests it. A reading that doesn't add up — lower than at pickup, or an unusual jump — is flagged. You can always correct it.
Fleet managementDoes SAYRIVO warn me before insurance or roadworthiness renewals?
Yes. Enter each car's insurance, registration and roadworthiness dates and SAYRIVO flags them as they approach. It does the same for your customers' driving licences.
Can I see what each car earns?
Yes. The vehicle record puts its revenue against its costs, and the reports show which cars work the most and which ones sit idle.
Can I track a car at the garage?
Yes. Each job has its status — planned, scheduled, in progress, waiting for parts, done — its garage and its cost. A car that's off the road is shown as such in the fleet.
Does the price depend on the number of cars or staff?
No. There are no tiers: the price is the same for the whole agency.
