01Planning
To handle, upcoming, done.
The Maintenance page sorts everything by priority: what's blocking a car, what's planned, what's done. Each job has its status — planned, scheduled, in progress, waiting for parts, done — its garage and its estimated cost.

02Reminders
Warned at the right time, not too early.
When a car approaches its next service — within 1,000 km, or within the window you choose — SAYRIVO flags it with a button to schedule the work. If the service is already scheduled, it stays quiet.
- By mileage and by date
- Mileage comes from the inspections: nothing extra to enter
03Damage
From damage spotted to repair done.
Damage found at an inspection follows its course: under review, charged to the customer or the agency, repair planned, repaired. The cost stays attached to the car.
Vehicle inspections04Costs
What each car costs.
Maintenance, repairs and expenses add up on the vehicle's record, against what it earns. The maintenance list exports to CSV for your accountant.

How do maintenance reminders work?
Enter the mileage or the date of the next service. When the car gets close — within 1,000 km, or within the window you chose — SAYRIVO flags it, with a button to schedule the work. If the service is already scheduled, it stays quiet.
Fleet maintenanceCan I track a car at the garage?
Yes. Each job has its status — planned, scheduled, in progress, waiting for parts, done — its garage and its cost. A car that's off the road is shown as such in the fleet.
Does SAYRIVO warn me before insurance or roadworthiness renewals?
Yes. Enter each car's insurance, registration and roadworthiness dates and SAYRIVO flags them as they approach. It does the same for your customers' driving licences.
How is the mileage recorded?
From a photo of the odometer at every pickup and return: SAYRIVO reads the total mileage and suggests it. A reading that doesn't add up — lower than at pickup, or an unusual jump — is flagged. You can always correct it.
Fleet managementCan I export my data?
Yes. Reservations, fleet, customers, payments, expenses and maintenance export to CSV, readable in Excel.
